Painted recipe with sweet wine and nuts


  • For 6 people:
  • 1 chopped graffiti
  • 6 Galician onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 g apricot dried apricots
  • 100 g of pistachios
  • 100 g of almonds
  • 1 tablespoon fine wine
  • 1/2 l white muscat wine
  • a stream of sherry vinegar
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • rosemary
  • chopped parsley

Preparation of the recipe of Pintada with sweet wine and nuts:

Sauté the garlic in a pan with a jet of olive oil. Sprinkle the pieces of graffiti and brown them in the pan. Remove the meat to a plate and add the scallions and chopped peppers. Let them poach for about 10 minutes.

Enter the pieces of graffiti, a dash of vinegar, fine wine and sweet wine. Sprinkle and let the alcohol evaporate. Pour water and cook the stew for about 50 minutes.

For the garnish, put the dried apricots, almonds and pistachios in a pan with olive oil. Sprinkle and add a sprig of rosemary and chopped parsley. Briefly skip the set.

Add the nuts to the stew, wiggle the casserole, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
