Strawberry Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients (8 people):
- 4 bananas
- 250 g strawberries
- 100 ml of cream
- 300 g of condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- cutting waffles
- 100 g dark chocolate
- mint leaves
Preparation of the strawberry and banana ice cream recipe:
Peel the bananas and chop them into small pieces. Wash the strawberries, remove the stem and cut them into slices. Freeze the chopped fruits for 24 hours.
Remove strawberries and bananas from the freezer, place them in the chopper and crush them.
Put the crushed fruits in a bowl, add the cream, condensed milk and vanilla. Mix gently. Transfer the mixture to a bar-type container (cake), cover it with plastic wrap and freeze it for 24 hours.
Half an hour before consuming it, transfer the ice cream to the refrigerator. Serve and decorate with chocolate threads, cut waffles and mint leaves.
