Creamy and sausage potato omelette cream recipe

Ingredients of the recipe for Cream of omelette with sausage and cabbage:

  • 2 potatoes
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 sausage for baking
  • 4 cabbage leaves
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 l of vegetable stock
  • Water
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • chopped parsley

Preparation of the recipe for Cream of omelette with sausage and cabbage:

Peel, chop the potatoes and fry them over high heat in a pan with plenty of hot oil. Cut the pepper into julienne and add it to the pan. When they begin to soften, add the broth, season and continue cooking until everything is well done.

Put the potatoes with the pepper and the broth in the blender glass and crush so that a cream is neither too light nor too thick. Add the egg yolks and mix well.

Put a handful of cabbage and one or two pieces of sausage in the bottom of a bowl. Add chopped parsley to taste. Take the plate to the table and pour the cream at the time of serving.
